Abstract

Words are important but behavior is far more critical Language can lead or mislead, not activity. The backing of deed with concept leads to honesty, character and commitment. Self-esteem is enhanced by active involvement and not just by rhetoric. Language can be very proactive but without implementation concepts can be misleading and frustrating.
