PENGARUH ATRIBUT PRODUK, TINGKAT KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN JARINGAN KANTOR TERHADAP TINGKAT KEPUASAN NASABAH PERBANKAN SYARIAH

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research was to know and analyze the influence of financing risk and operation risk to profitability in bank bjb Syariah Branch Office of Tasikmalaya either simultaneously or partially. This research used an combination research method, which is combine both qualitative and quantitative analysis method. Sample in this research is all unit of analysis residing in research area that is considered 1(one) Branch Office and 6 Sub Branch Office in bjb Syariah Tasikmalaya. Analysis data use path analysis. The results showed that partially financing risk and operation risk had a significant positive effect on profitability. Simultaneously the risk of financing and operation risk have a significant positive effect on profitability, so the hypothesis is tested, so the hypothesis was verified
