Abstract
Employees are the central factor that drives the dynamics of the organization. The facilities and infrastructure owned by the organization are dynamic, if managed properly by employees who have high quality work. Concretely individual employees who excel bring benefits and organizational progress. work culture and employee discipline, motivation is a concern in providing employee encouragement to carry out organizational activities. Motivation is often interpreted as a driving factor in shaping employee behavior, motivation can spur employees to work hard so as to increase employee productivity and will contribute directly to improving employee performance. Work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant value of 0.012 <0.05 and the value of tcount > ttable value is 2.612 > 1.67469. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant value of 0.029 < 0.05 and the value of tcount > ttable value is 2.239> 1.67469. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and tcount > ttable value, namely 5.232 > 1.67469. The most dominant motivation variable has a significant effect on employee productivity at the Office of Food Crops, Horticulture and Animal Husbandry, West Sulawesi Province, with the highest beta coefficient value being 0.591 and the smallest significant value being 0.000
