Abstract

This quotation from the London Review of Books is an example of a turn-a different way of looking at things that involves a redefinition of the kind of thing higher education is and how it should be provided. It is a turn away from a public good perspective-the opposite, it might be said, of the kind of turn addressed in this article. © 2011 Cambridge University Press.
