The development of information technology has forced all sector to continue to adapt. It is used by the government to improve their performance. The use of e-attendance is a form of information technology advancement in government. Inequality in access the information in Indonesia will eventual ly become a major obstacle in the implementation of e-absence. Therefore, it is remarkably interesting to examine the changes in employee behavior in the application of e-attendance in Ponorogo Regency. This study used a qualitative description where data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The conclusion in this study is that e-attendance online has changed the motivation of employees in Ponorogo district where the level of employee discipline has increased and the orientation towards achievement has also increased. In addition, the application of e-attendance has an impact on technology transfer through training. It is certainly inseparable from the incentives provided by the Ponorogo district government for the achievement of each employee, thereby increasing their work motivation.
