Abstract

The article focuses on adoption of weeding process of several print materials for management of space among shelves of different research libraries. Topics discussed include association of the Association of South-Eastern Research Libraries (ASERL) in repurposing activities, involvement of robust electronic collections for collection development process, observation of challenges in weeding by the LSU Libraries and illustration of shortage in human resources for weeding projects.
