Abstract

The article offers techniques in developing effective quality management systems (QMS) in companies in the U.S. It stresses the importance of creating company a workflow diagram, clear emphasis on management commitment, employee trainings and set up a simple but comprehensive sales operating standards. Creating a good QMS will build strong and long-term customer relationships and will eliminate organization chaos within the company.
