Addressing internet gaming disorder in children and adolescents

Abstract

Internet gaming disorder (IGD) has been recognized as a potential behavioral addiction that warrants further research. This article discusses the signs, symptoms, and risk factors of this behavioral addiction as well as nursing interventions to support children and adolescents with IGD and their families.
