Las instituciones del sistema interamericano de protección a los derechos humanos: Un análisis a sus procedimientos y orientación estratégica

Abstract

The procedure of the cases to the Interamerican System of Human Rigths (ISHR) has been important to the enforceability of rigths from the civil society. The ISHR also has implemented strategic actions which help to stablish the sense and the scope of human rights and the democratic values in the countries. The purpose of the article is show an initial approach to the characteristics of the institutions of IDHR, and its research about the strategic intervention made in the latest years through its mechanisms and procedures.
