Abstract

A study on the neutrosophic measurement system analysis model (NMSAM) is introduced in the paper. The proposed NMSAM helps the industrial engineers to see the capability of gauge in measuring the product in an uncertain environment. Various gauge capability evaluation criteria in the presence of indeterminacy is also discussed. The efficiency of the proposed NMSAM is given with the help of an industrial example. From the study, it is concluded that the proposed NMSAM performs better than the existing measurement system analysis model (MSAM).
