Abstract

Photocatalytic H2 Generation In article number 2000504, Hua Tang and co-workers designed a promising ternary photocatalyst CoO/TCN/Au heterostructure via integrating Au and CoO nanoparticles with g-C3N4 hollow nanotubes. Localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) of Au promoted charge-carrier generation in g-C3N4, and the appropriate band alignment between Au and g-C3N4 boosted the hot electrons transfer from Au to g-C3N4, which promoted the H2 generation activity under visible light irradiation.
