Abstract
The article provides preliminary results from a research aimed to evaluate emotional regulation strategies used by patients with emotional disorders (ED). A group of patients with Emotional Disorders were compared to a control group regarding the presence of emotional regulation difficulties. Compared with the control group, patients with ED presented greater difficulties in the Acceptance of Emotional responses and less Emotional Clarity.
