Abstract
Combined genetic and epigenetic analysis of sporadic colon cancer suggest that it can no longer be viewed as a single disease. There are at least three different subsets with distinct clinicopathologic features, with important implications for preventions, screening, and therapy. ©2008 American Association for Cancer Research.
