Abstract

THE UNDERSTANDING OF PARENTS ON SEXUAL VIOLENCE IN EARLY CHIDHOOD IN YOGYAKARTA JUDUL DALAM BAHASA INGGRIS). This study aims to determine the level of understanding of parents on sexual violence in early childhood in the slums of Yogyakarta. The problem that will be examined in this article is how high the level of understanding of parents from aspects of sexual education and prevention of sexual violence. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The study population was parents of early childhood who were in the slums of the city of Yogyakarta with samples taken by purposive sampling. The research sample amounted to 51 people. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out descriptively.
