Abstract
We expect the transition energy of sub-ML CdSeQW to exceed, say, 2.72 eV. In fact, Zhu et al.7 quote figures of 2.7536 and 2.7804 eV for nominal well widths of 1/2 and 1/4 ML, respectively.
