Evaluación de la Empresa Energética Estatal de Servicios Públicos en Colombia

Abstract

This paper presents the results of the multivariate analysis of the main factors identified with the aim to assess the administrative and financial management of a state energy supplier in Colombia, To obtain the information it was used survey techniques, structured interviews and observation in situ. Conclusions highlights that the factors with higher correlation and contribution, from administrative management are the performance and organizational environment, the strategic planning and the organizational structure, and from the point of view of financial management, the financial diagnosis of resources, the investment decisions, the effectiveness, and the reliability of operations in new standardization projects of electrical networks.
