Abstract

: Green hydrogen, produced through the electrolysis of water using renewable energy sources, plays a significant role in renewable energy and sustainable development. This abstract explores the various aspects of green hydrogen and its impact on these areas. First, green hydrogen serves as a vital means of energy storage, allowing excess renewable energy to be captured and used during periods of low generation. By converting surplus electricity into hydrogen, it offers a dispatchable energy source, contributing to a reliable and stable renewable energy system.
