Strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam Penginternalisasian Nilai-nilai Kewirausahaan di Lembaga PAUD Swasta

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out principal’s strategy in internalizing the entrepreneurial values in private early childhood education institution. This is a qualitative research with case study design. Data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation study. Data analysis in this research refers to the interactive model which is data condensation, data display, and drawing and verifying conclusion. Findings of this research are: (1) principal internalizes the entrepreneurial values to herself which include opportunity utilization, risk-taking, innovation and creativity, and leading and managing proactively; (2) principal implements the entrepreneurial values to all the school personnels; and (3) principal monitors the results of the implementation of entrepreneurial values for teachers and staffs, students, and also students' parents.
