Abstract
Fintech crowdcurrently currently receives a controlling interest in Indonesia and is increasing the range of its choice to acquire capital access. Indonesia’s islamic majority population has made available the potential for access to private-based sharia, as well as for fintech equity crowdcurrently. Access to capital through fintech crowdequity sharia can be a preferred source of capital solution for UMKM. The potential for UMKM involvement in obtaining capital through this system is increasingly open. The methodology of writing this scientific work uses library studies and basis swot analysis. The conclusions from this writing are; a) umkm sustainability, b) the lud administration’s awareness of its action of contribution, c) the government’s role in ensuring good continuity in the fintech equiy crowdensure sharia for all stakeholders involved, and e) the role of controlling fintech equity crowdinstitutionalized sharia.
