Aplikasi Pencarian Pariwisata Dan Tempat Oleh-Oleh Terdekat Menggunakan Metode Haversine Berbasis Android

Abstract

Tourism is one sector that has an important contribution to job creation and economic growth. Malang itself consists of three areas, namely the city or Residency Malang, Malang Regency, and Batu City. These three areas are separate and have their own characteristics. The more tourists who visit Malang to make information about tourism and souvenir places in Malang is a thing that is needed, therefore required a mobile-based application that aims to assist tourists in finding the location of tourism and places souvenirs nearby in Malang .In the development of this system the author uses the Java programming language, where Java is used to build Android applications, while the database used is MySql database stored in the Web Service. The nearest location search method uses the formula of the Haversine Formula. Use of Google Maps in determining traffic line / route. With the development of this application produces information searching the location of tourism and place souvenirs with the closest distance in Malang to save time, effort and cost.
