Abstract
This research explores the role of digital platforms in enhancing green and low-carbon urban renewal and building optimization. The study, through various methods, develops a comprehensive building optimization strategy system based on digital platforms, integrating technologies like big data and AI, offering new opportunities for construction lifecycle management[1][2]. Case studies show significant energy savings and carbon reduction, highlighting the platforms' key role in design optimization[3]. The study concludes that advancing digital platforms will further green construction industry development, with enhanced data capabilities through technologies like 5G and blockchain[4]. It suggests future research on digital platform interconnectivity and the economic and social benefits of green technologies.
