Abstract

We report a novel coating method for TiO2 anatase thin-film fabrication via a topdown solgel deposition method using NH4TiOF3 single crystals. A cationic nitrogen-rich porphyrin compound was used to fabricate N-doped TiO2 nanofilms that showed highly efficient photocatalytic activity under visible-light irradiation.
