Abstract

A simplified technique to obtain foundation input motions for circular cylindrical foundations embedded in the ground and subjected to seismic motion is presented. The major advantage of this approach is the simplicity with which the parameters can be changed. This approach requires only the impedance functions of the circular disc. -English summary
