The purpose of this study was to examine students' level of interaction with e-learning environment at King Saud University. The present study dealt with interaction as represented in learners' attitudes , satisfaction and collaborative learning. Participants were 19 undergraduate female students who took e-learning format courses at college of Education , King Saud university. Data was collected using two tools: the first was face-to-face interview, the second tool was The Collaborative Learning and Satisfaction (CLS) Questionnaire. Analysis of qualitative data indicated that relationship between interaction and e-learning environment were not significant. But, the general correlation among the four variables of interaction (students' attitudes toward e-learning environment , its use as a learning style , their satisfaction and collaborative learning) is strong. Interview data revealed that students prefer the blackboard system as it's an easy system for communicating information and sending assignments . But, still this system faces problems related to some online technical problems and low experience of some learners of using the site and the internet .
