Abstract
The last British Airways Concorde flight to take off from Heathrow leaves the airport near London, October 24, 2003 on a local commemorative trip. The world’s only supersonic airliner, Concorde, retires from commercial flight on Friday after almost 30 years of jetting the rich and famous across the Atlantic at up to twice the speed of sound.
