Abstract

In Nigeria, youth unemployment is still a major problem that affects the nation's socioeconomic stability and progress. The main reasons for youth unemployment are examined in this article, including misaligned schooling, inefficient economic policies, and a mismatch between the skills that employers need and the abilities that are now accessible. The ramifications are profound, including migratory trends, economic expansion, and social stability. By examining several aspects, including community-driven tactics, policy changes, and campaigning, the paper emphasizes the necessity of a multifaceted strategy to deal with this issue. Policymakers, educators, and community leaders dedicated to promoting notable change in Nigeria's socioeconomic environment are the target audience for this organized research.
