Perceraian Akibat Dampak Covid-19 dalam Perspektif Hukum Islam dan Perundang-undangan di Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to discuss solutions to prevent divorce, which continues to increase due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative type that applies literature study by applying the approach of Islamic law and legislation in force in Indonesia. The results and discussion of this research include the phenomenon of divorce during the Covid-19 pandemic, divorce in Islamic law and legislation in Indonesia and solutions to prevent divorce due to the impact of Covid-19. This study concludes that Islamic law and legislation in Indonesia has the best way to deal with every problem of its people, including problems that arise in the household, especially due to the impact of Covid-19, which cannot be found for solutions except for divorce. This research recommends efforts to prevent divorce during the Covid-19 pandemic through the roles of government, religious leaders, communities, families to their own awareness.
