Abstract

In software engineering domain, cost and quality factors are leading scales to measure software-product performance, reliability and correctness. Cost, sometime, is measured in term of money or in term of time and similarly, quality, in term of level of confidence about the software- product in user’s mind. In general, quality represents minimum no of defects and gaining maximum customer satisfactory. In this paper, the results compiled on the basis of survey that has been conducted among various software development companies are depicted. Formation of questionnaire was to know requirement, design and coding cost and quality comparison between each software development methodologies. Finally, based on the facts collected from survey, proposed best possible tool and technique to develop reliable and secure E-health system.
