Strong and Δ-convergence theorems for total asymptotically nonexpansive nonself mappings in CAT(0) spaces

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to study the existence theorems of fixed points, Δ-convergence and strong convergence theorems for total asymptotically nonexpansive nonself mappings in the framework of CAT(0) spaces. The convexity and closedness of a fixed point set of such mappings are also studied. Our results generalize, unify and extend several comparable results in the existing literature. ©2013 Yang and Zhao; licensee Springer.
