Abstract

In the version of this article originally published, there were errors in Box 1, where in the final term of equation (1), the “t” in “(Formula presented.) (x, y, t) A” appeared as an omega; in the text directly below equation (5) citing equation (5), the text originally cited equation (2); in the first and second sentence of the illustration legend, citations to equation (6) originally cited equation (3); and the negative signs preceding the second and third terms of equation (6) were missing or written as plus signs, respectively. In addition, the Figure 3 caption for panel d, now beginning “d, Coupled with the Kerr nonlinearity,” initially appeared one sentence earlier. The errors have been corrected in the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
