Abstract

Esophageal lichen planus (ELP) is a rare chronic inflammatory condition with delayed diagnosis that can present with dysphagia. It has been scarcely studied in the literature, and clinical management guidelines are lacking. Stenosis and neoplastic transformation are among its most feared complications. We present the fifth reported case of ELP to be successfully treated with Upadacitinib.
