Produktivitas Pencapaian Akseptor Kategori Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang

Abstract

Abstrak Judul Penulisan ini adalah Produktivitas Pencapaian Akseptor Kategori Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang. Tujuan dari Penulisan ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai Produktivitas Pencapaian Akseptor Kategori Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang. Penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Produkvitas pegawai sudah cukup baik, tetapi dalam beberapa aspek indikator masih ditemukan kekurangan. Seperti misalnya dalam aspek efisiensi tenaga kerja, hal ini menandakan bahwa ada efisiensi tenaga dalam hal pencapaian askeptor MKJP masih belum ideal. Kata kunci: Produktivitas, Efisiensi, MKJP     Abstract The title of this writing is Productivity of Achievement of Acceptors in the Category of Long-Term Contraceptive Methods. The purpose of this paper is to obtain an overview of the Achievement Productivity of Acceptors in the Category of Long-Term Contraceptive Methods. The author uses this type of qualitative research. Employee productivity is quite good, but in some aspects indicators are still found to be lacking.
