Abstract

Las bacterias productoras de auxinas participan en el crecimiento de las plantas en el suelo, ante ello, se determinó el potencial del crecimiento del pasto Panicum maximun-cv.-Tanzania a partir del uso de biofertilizante provenientes de las bacterias diazótrofas y productora de auxina Azospirrillum.-sp y Azotobacter-sp. Se aislaron las bacterias de la rizosfera de cultivos ubicados en el municipio de La Paz, Cesar que fueron sometidas a pruebas bioquímicas, observaciones macroscópica y microscópica. Posteriormente se evaluó la capacidad fijadora de nitrógeno y productora de auxina, evidenciándose que la bacteria Azotobacter obtuvo una mayor producción con respecto a la Azospirillum. Se ejecutaron pruebas piloto de las bacterias en diferentes concentraciones con el pasto en un modelo experimental de 10 tratamientos – 3 repeticiones; tomándose como variables: número de hojas, área foliar, longitud de la planta y raíz, %nitrógeno. Al finalizar, se concluyó que la bacteria Azospirrillum estimuló el crecimiento del pasto Panicum maximun-cv.-Tanzania. Auxin producing bacteria contributes to plant growth in soil. This study evaluated the growth potential of Panicum maximum cv. Tanzania using a biofertilizer from diazotrophic and auxin producing bacteria (Azospirillum sp. and Azotobacter sp.). Bacteria were isolated from the rhizosphere of crops in La Paz, Cesar, and subjected to biochemical, macroscopic, and microscopic tests. Their nitrogen fixing and auxin producing capacities were analyzed, showing that Azotobacter produced more auxin than Azospirillum. Pilot tests were conducted with different bacterial concentrations on the grass in an experimental model of 10 treatments and 3 repetitions. Evaluated variables included leaf number, leaf area, plant and root length, and nitrogen percentage. Results showed that Azospirillum significantly stimulated Panicum maximum cv. Diante disso, determinou-se o potencial de crescimento do capim Panicum maximum cv. Tanzania a partir do uso de biofertilizante proveniente das bactérias diazotróficas e produtoras de auxina Azospirillum sp. e Azotobacter sp. As bactérias foram isoladas da rizosfera de cultivos localizados no município de La Paz, Cesar, e submetidas a testes bioquímicos, observações macroscópicas e microscópicas. Posteriormente, foi avaliada a capacidade de fixação de nitrogênio e produção de auxina, evidenciando-se que a bactéria Azotobacter obteve uma maior produção em relação à Azospirillum. Foram realizados testes piloto das bactérias em diferentes concentrações com o capim em um modelo experimental de 10 tratamentos – 3 repetições, considerando-se como variáveis: número de folhas, área foliar, comprimento da planta e raiz, % de nitrogênio. Ao final, concluiu-se que a bactéria Azospirillum estimulou o crescimento do capim Panicum maximum cv. Tanzania.
