Abstract

I took over the editorial responsibilities as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Global Marketing, JGM, on January 1, 2016. With the help of excellent Associate Editors and highly qualified and motivated Editorial Board members, we are now ready to provide the highest quality feedback to authors in a timely fashion. We welcome contributions from marketing and international business scholars, practitioners, and policymakers. The Journal of Global Marketing is a peer-reviewed international journal dedicated to advancing cutting-edge global marketing theories and practices, emphasizing research that addresses marketing strategies and challenges that firms, industries, and public sector agencies encounter worldwide (Aims and Scope, JGM, 2016). Please visit the journal website (web link provided in the reference section) to review a more detailed list of research topics covered in the journal. The journal is indexed and/or abstracted in ABI/Inform, Emerald Management Reviews, Gale Cengage, Business ASAP, OCLC Article First & Electronic Collections Online, and Wilson Business Abstracts. The Journal of Global Marketing is published quarterly and once in September for a total of five issues per year.
