Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Penduduk Berbasis Website Pada Lingkungan Kelurahan Tanjung Ayun Sakti

Abstract

Information systems such as websites have become a necessity for institutions such as villages to provide services, information to residents making it easier to socialize activities. The village uses information systems in lieu of old methods of providing information and services to the population. Tanjung Ayun Sakti Village still uses bookkeeping or archival methods so that it is prone to population data redundancies resulting in inaccuracies in the number of population data. The amount of data archived takes a long time to search for population data resulting in the process of population service becomes slow. A new system is needed that is applied in Tanjung Ayun Sakti Village as a solution to overcome obstacles in accessing information and services in Tanjung Ayun Sakti Village. The implementation of population service information systems can have a fairly good and beneficial impact on all interested parties. The development of this system uses waterfall method, from the waterfall method generated several diagrams, namely use case diagram, activity diagram and entity relationship diagram. The design of this information system aims to help the process of community service in the form of filing letters online.
