Abstract
In general, it is assumed that the seller has no obligation to transfer the ownership, therefore the sale by someone different from the owner is valid and the deliverance constitutes no breach of contract. However this does not mean the buyer has no remedies. In this article we focus our attention toward the validity and efficacy of this kind of sales and the remedies of the buyer related to validity of the contract or its breach.
