Pengaruh Kompetensi Disiplin Kerja dan Etos Kerja Terhadap Efektifitas Kerja Pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of competence, work discipline, and work ethic on work effectiveness. The population in this study was all employees at PT Telkom Makassar STO City Hall, totaling 117 employees. The total population of PT Telkom Makassar STO Balaikota is 117 people, so using the Slovin method, a total sample of 90 people is obtained. The data that has been collected will then be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and, in terms of data processing, using the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the study found that competence, work discipline, and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin menguji pengaruh kompetensi, disiplin kerja dan etos kerja terhadap efektifitas kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT Telkom Makassar STO Balaikota, yang berjumlah 117 karyawan. Jumlah populasi PT Telkom Makassar STO Balaikota adalah 117 orang, maka dengan menggunakan metode slovin diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 orang. Data yang sudah dikumpulkan untuk selanjutnya akan dianalisa menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan dalam hal pengolahan datanya menggunakan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kompetensi, disiplin kerja dan etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektifitas kerja.
