Abstract

Based on the student-oriented teaching practice in the ideological and political reform of the Human Resource Management course, this paper established a teaching evaluation index system with four dimensions: teaching context, teaching input, teaching process and teaching product. Kehlenbach alpha coefficient and split-half reliability were utilized to test the reliability of indicators, and expert validity and content validity were adopted to examine the validity of indicators. Multivariate statistical analysis was used for principal component analysis and factor load matrix estimation to construct a comprehensive evaluation based on principal component analysis and an educational evaluation based on the factor analysis method.
