ANALISIS KELAYAKAN BISNIS PADA USAHA POROBICO KOTA AMBON

Abstract

A business feasibility study is important before making an investment, business, or project. A business feasibility study is needed to see the feasibility of a business or project. The object of this feasibility study is the Porobico Business which is located on Jalan Kota Jawa, Teluk Ambon District, Ambon City, Maluku Province. This study aims to analyze and determine the business feasibility of the Porobico business. From this research, the legal aspect is that Porobico has legal documents such as KTP, business license, and NPWP. The market and marketing aspect is that in entering the market, Porobico targets all consumers and fulfills 4 marketing variables, namely price, product, location, and promotion. In the technical and operational aspects, the location of Porobico is fairly strategic and the layout of the room is also appropriate. In the management and organizational aspects, the employee recruitment process is quite good and the organizational structure consists of the owner and 2 employees. In the economic and social aspects, the impact caused is that it can improve the household economy and increase the economy of the government both locally and regionally. And in the EIA aspect, it is found that Porobico has no impact on the environment. So that from the results of the assessment of the aspects of business feasibility, it can be concluded that the Porobico business is feasible to run.
