Abstract

The text addresses the problems and needs of people experiencing homelessness crisis in the COVID-19 pandemic situation in Poland. It presents the challenges that social assistance is currently facing, especially employees directly involved in working with the socially excluded or those threatened with such exclusion. Examples of actions undertaken for the homeless as well as recommendations in this area are also indicated.
