Abstract

This paper discusses the methodological aspects of stochastic variation e.g. bioassay for estimation of fungicide resistance. A corresponding probabilistic model to measure the frequency of fungicide resistant phenotype in a plant pathogen population is developed. Unpredictable relationships between estimates from the model and the experimental results are observed
