HUBUNGAN ANTARA SUPERVISI PERAWAT DENGAN KELENGKAPAN PENGISIAN DOKUMENTASI PENGKAJIAN KEPERAWATAN

Abstract

ABSTRACT Documentation is recording, reporting or recording important valuable service events and activities. The goal is to analyze the relationship between nurse supervision and the completeness of filling out nursing assessment documentation based on nursing care standards. This study used observative correlation method. Followed by the observation of the implementation of Nursing who were involved in the service at Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang. A correlative test of the lambda contingency coefficient was carried out known the results, as many as 14 respondents (28%) had insufficient supervision criteria and the remaining 36 respondents (72%) had criteria well, filling in the nursing assessment documentation based on nursing care standards was carried out completely by 9 respondents (18%) and the remaining 41 respondents (82%) had incomplete criteria, showing a p value of 0.039 < @(0.05), sehingga disimpulkan ada hubungan signifikan .   Kata Kunci: Supervisi perawat, Dokumentasi keperawatan, dan asuhan keperawatan
