Abstract

This paper is devoted to the analysis of structure of amorphous ionic conductors AgGe1+xAs1-xS3 with carbon nanotubes content, x = 0.4; 0.5; 0.6 by means X-ray and Raman spectroscopy. The influence of DC and AC electric field on the electrical properties of materials at ambient pressure, and at pressures up to 50 GPa was studied. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
