Abstract

solubility and Diffusion of Hydrogen in Zirconium. The solubility of hydrogen in zlrconlum was determined as a function of temperature(range: 500。to 900。C)and pressuぐe (range:10哨3 to 3αmmHg).The diffusion coefficients for H inα一 Zr(range:450。 to 700。C)an.d inβ一Zr(range:8700 to 11000C)were calculated by diffusion- annealing method, which consisted of annealing the diffusion couples of diffe:rent hydrogen. contents in Pb bath, and analysing the hydrogen gradient across the diffusion zone. The calculated diffusion coefficients of H inα一andβ一Zr are expressed, respectively, as: 1)α=4.15×10-3exp(一9470/1~T) cm2/sec (450~7000C) Dβ=7.37×10-3exp(一8540/.RT) cm2/sec(870~1100。C)
