Abstract

The aim of this Briefing Paper is to provide guidance to potential authors (and reviewers) on the main types of paper submissions that the Ground Improvement journal accepts. Expectations in terms of content and novelty, together with future challenges are also covered. One of the bigger challenges is bridging the elusive gap between novel fundamental laboratory-based research and practical industrial application.
