Perancangan Motion Comic sebagai Media Edukasi Pencegahan Penyebaran COVID-19 Di Sekolah

Abstract

Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic, which has spread throughout the world, has caused many impacts, one of which is the education system in Indonesia, which was previously held face-to-face and later turned into an online school. However, online schools are considered less effective in carrying out their learning. Now the Indonesian government has implemented a limited Face-to-Face Learning (PTM) school system which is implemented in areas with PPKM levels 1-3. In this regard, there is a need for information regarding the procedure for limited PTM in accordance with the health protocol because the limited program has only been implemented this year. This is what makes the author convey this information through motion comic media, which aims to educate parents, teachers, and students about the guidelines that need to be considered while participating in limited PTM. The method used in this method is a descriptive method, where the manufacturing process is divided into three stages, namely pre-production, production, and post-production. Motion comic entitled "Alya: Back to School in Pandemic Era" as the main media uploaded on the YouTube platform, with supporting media in the form of posters uploaded on the Instagram platform with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels with a duration of 06 minutes 40 seconds. From the survey data, it can be seen that respondents rated motion comics as very good by showing a figure of 91.8 percent, therefore it can be concluded that the motion comic "Alya: Back to School in the Pandemic Era" can help students who are participating in limited PTM. Keywords: educational media; motion comic; covid-19; PTM Abstrak: Pandemi COVID-19 yang telah mewabah ke seluruh dunia menyebabkan banyak sekali dampak, salah satunya adalah sistem pendidikan di Indonesia yang tadinya sekolah dilaksanakan secara tatap muka kemudian dialihkan menjadi sekolah daring. Namun sekolah secara daring dinilai kurang efektif dalam melaksanakan pembelajarannya, sehingga kini pemerintah Indonesia memberlakukan sistem sekolah Pembelajaran Tatap Muka (PTM) terbatas yang dilaksanakan pada wilayah dengan PPKM level 1-3. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut maka diperlukannya sebuah informasi mengenai tata cara PTM terbatas sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan dikarenakan program terbatas baru dilaksanakan pada tahun ini. Hal ini yang membuat penulis menyampaikan informasi tersebut melalui media motion comic, yang bertujuan untuk mengedukasi orang tua, guru, serta siswa mengenai pedoman yang perlu diperhatikan selama mengikuti PTM terbatas. Metode yang digunakan pada metode ini adalah metode deskriptif, dimana proses pembuatannya terbagi menjadi tiga tahap yaitu pra produksi, produksi, dan pasca produksi. Motion comic berjudul “Alya: Back to School in Pandemic Era” sebagai media utama yang diunggah pada platform YouTube, dengan media pendukung berupa poster yang diunggah pada platform Instagram dengan resolusi 1920 x 1080 pixel dengan durasi 06 menit 40 detik. Dari data survei dapat diketahui bahwa responden menilai motion comic sangat baik dengan menunjukkan angka 91,8 persen, oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa motion comic “Alya: Back to School in Pandemic Era” dapat membantu siswa yang tengah mengikuti PTM terbatas.
