STRATEGI PENGELOLAAN KAWASAN WISATA AIR TERJUN BERDASARKAN KONSEP KBM ECOTOURISM (OBJEK STUDI : AIR TERJUN CILEMBER, KABUPATEN BOGOR)

Abstract

Cilember Waterfall Tourism Area is one of the leading tourist areas managed by the Independent Business Unit (KBM) Ecotourism Perum Perhutani, located on Jalan Raya Puncak KM. 15, Megamendung Village, Megamendung District, Bogor Regency with an area of ​​7.39 Ha and an altitude of -/+ 8000 masl. The attractiveness and uniqueness of the Cilember Waterfall Tourism Area is that because there are 7 streams of waterfalls there are other supporting objects that can be enjoyed such as Butterfly Breeding, Playground Area, Flying Fox, archers, Hobbit Houses and lodging with glamping concepts in the form of wooden villas and area camping. Thus, the Cilember Waterfall Tourism Area has the potential to apply the concept of KBM Ecotourism, which has a management concept, namely paying attention to the balance between the natural environment in the tourist area by improving the quality of professional management in the form of improving customer experience, customer spending and revenue generators. The manager of the Cilember Waterfall area has the hope of creating tourism management based on the concept of KBM Ecotourism, in order to improve the quality of management by carrying out professional and structured management, but still increasing the sustainability of the natural environment around the Cilember Waterfall Area. Keywords: Ecotourism, Kawasan Wisata Air terjun Cilember, Management Strategy Concept Abstrak Kawasan Wisata Air Terjun Cilember merupakan salah satu kawasan wisata unggulan yang dikelola oleh Kesatuan Bisnis Mandiri (KBM) Ecotourism Perum Perhutani, berlokasi di Jalan Raya Puncak KM. 15, Desa Megamendung, Kecamatan Megamendung, Kabupaten Bogor dengan memiliki luas 7,39 Ha dan ketinggian -/+ 8000 mdpl. Daya tarik dan keunikan dari Kawasan Wisata Air Terjun Cilember yaitu terdapat 7 aliran air terjun terdapat objek pendukung lainnya yang dapat dinikmati seperti Penangkaran Kupu – Kupu, Area Playground, Flying Fox, Pemanah, Rumah Hobbit dan penginapan dengan konsep glamping  berupa villa kayu serta Area Camping. Sehingga, Kawasan Wisata Air Terjun Cilember memiliki potensi dalam penerapan konsep KBM Ecotourism memiliki konsep pengelolaan yaitu memperhatikan keseimbangan antara lingkungan alam yang berada di kawasan wisata dengan meningkatkan mutu pengelolaan profesional yaitu berupa, meningkatkan Customer Experience, Customer Spending dan Revenue Generator. Pengelola pada Kawasan Air Terjun Cilember ini memiliki harapan dapat menciptakan pengelolaan wisata berdasarkan konsep dari KBM Ecotourism, agar dapat meningkatkan mutu pengelolaan dengan dilakukannya pengelolaan yang profesional dan terstruktur, tetapi tetap meningkatkan kelestarian lingkungan alam sekitar Kawasan Air Terjun Cilember.
