Abstract

In the version of this article initially published, there were errors in Supplementary Figure 1, where patient 802-4 was listed as a recipient of donor 1 when in fact it was donor 2, and patient 623-7 was mistakenly labeled “623-8”. The figure has been updated and the caption now instructs researchers that patient 623-07 is labeled as 623-08 in the BioSample record (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/biosample (L623_P8_S3_postFMT_postICI_3weeks)). In addition, the “Fecal microbiota transplantation” section of Methods contained a typographical error: transplantation capsules contained 80–100 g, not mg, of feces. The errors have been corrected in the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
