Abstract
We describe an interstitial ectopic pregnancy in a patient with no risk factors. Diagnosis was achieved through transvaginal ultrasound. Resolution was achieved by medical treatment with a single dose of methotrexate, without complications. This type of ectopic pregnancy is particularly dangerous to the mother due to its larger size at rupture. © 2008 Elsevier España, S.L. All rights reserved.
