Abstract

With the increase in the number of construction companies and construction personnel, the occurrence of engineering quality accidents has also increased. Therefore, the management of project quality is very important. This article mainly introduces the connotation of construction quality and construction quality management, analyzes the factors influencing construction quality and the characteristics of construction quality control, and applies PDCA circulation principles to project quality management, hoping to help improve the level of project management.
